By accessing or using the Spectrex platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Service Delivery
Spectrex provides bespoke digital engineering and AI automation services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are outlined in individual project proposals and master service agreements.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all custom code and designs developed for clients become the client's property upon full payment. Spectrex retains ownership of proprietary libraries and tools used in delivery.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary assets, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to maintain project momentum.
